Hi, I'm Leah Plati, founder of Mosaic, an operations and business support consultancy, that assists small businesses and non-profits stay organised, efficient and impactful.

Based in beautiful Brighton, UK, I support businesses both locally and further afield, to set up systems, manage projects, and stay on top of day-to-day admin.  

I  have over 25 years of office based experience, from executive assistant to project manager, working across the corporate, non-profit and education sectors.

My aim is to take on the tasks or projects that are taking up your valuable time giving you the space to do the things you love, whether that's focusing on the areas of your business you excel in or just having more time for yourself.
